roots your child's education in a values-based foundation as we work together with you to help your child make good choices and decisions.

Enrollment forms and other required documents may be downloaded electronically from the links below. Paper copies are also available at every R'Club Child Care location. Completed forms may be turned in at the R'Club program your child will be attending. Enrollment is not confirmed until the registration and first week's fees are paid.
