R'Club Early Learning Academies provide a quality early childhood program that promotes the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of young children while responding to the needs of the family. R'Club preschools are nationally accredited and have the Governor's Gold Seal Award for Quality.

R'Club's curriculum emphasizes developmentally appropriate learning as an interactive process. Teachers prepare the environment for children to learn through active exploration and interaction with adults, other children and a variety of materials and mediums.

R'Club's active learning environments build on a child's strengths and interests. Learning areas provide a variety of activities and materials that

are essential for the development of logical thinking, social skills and physical coordination. Children are prepared for academic success in reading, writing, math and science.

VPK, or the Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten program, is a state funded early childhood education program for four-year-old children. R'Club offers VPK programs housed within R'Club's 28th Street South, Pinellas Village, Lemon Street and 94th Avenue, and US 19/Ulmerton Road early learning academies. The priority of the VPK program is to prepare four-year-old children for kindergarten.

Parents pay a very modest fee for the program based on their income. This program is contracted with Coordinated Child Care of Pinellas, the county's subsidized child care agency, which administers subsidies to assist parents with fees. The program is also open to parents who wish to pay the full fee for their four-year-old children to participate in a high quality early childhood education program. Children participate in developmentally appropriate educational activities prepared by certified teachers.
