Head Start Teacher

Responsible for providing direct supervision and care for infants, toddlers or preschool children in the Head Start/Early Head Start program through a caring, positive, authoritative relationship. The teacher will work collaboratively with one other teacher to ensure the successful operation of a classroom, will build relationships with the other staff, and work with family members to implement the curriculum to achieve positive outcomes for children of all abilities.

Preschool Teacher

Responsible for providing direct supervision and care for a group of children through a caring, positive, authoritative relationship. Make children feel welcome and comfortable. Assists in the planning and implementing of scheduled period(s) of activities, which are developmentally appropriate and ensures the safety and well being of the children as well as providing a model of quality.

Full-Time Substitute

Responsible for assisting in the overall supervision and management of a safe, educational and developmentally appropriate program(s) and according to R’Club’s mission, philosophy and standard of quality. Responsible for assisting in maintaining the facility, supervising staff and children, building relationships with the school staff and faculty, and interacting with parents and the community in a positive, professional manner.

35 Hour Substitute

Teacher Assistant (Part-time)

Assists in the planning and implementing of scheduled period(s) of activities, which are developmentally appropriate and ensures the safety and well-being of the children as well as providing a model of quality.

Child Development Specialist (Part-time)

Responsible for providing direct supervision and care for a group of children through a caring, positive, authoritative relationship. Makes children feel welcome and comfortable. Assists in the planning and implementing of scheduled period(s) of activities, which are developmentally appropriate and ensures the safety andwell beingof the children as well as providing a model of quality.

Director-In-Training: Preschool

Undergo a three-month training period to ultimately provide the overall supervision and management of the total operation of a preschool program.
