Kathie DiPolito, Training Resource Coordinator II , has been employed with R’Club since June 1990. Kathie’s responsibilities include providing support and technical assistance to Center Directors and Assistants, training all staff in CPR and First Aid, training on Diversity In The Workplace, Safety In the Workplace, and Disaster Preparedness. Kathie also coordinates a Healthy Living and Wellness Series for staff and coordinates R’Club’s annual Wellness Fair. Kathie trains extensively in the child care community and for the JWB Children's Services Council. Kathie is a member of the Florida After School Alliance's Board of Directors and has trained child care administrators at both state and national conferences. |

Elaine Bowers is a Behavior Management Specialist for R’Club Child Care, Inc. where she has been employed since 1989. Elaine specializes in a variety of training topics including Behavior Management, Basic Group/Classroom Management, Diversity In The Workplace, Emergent Literacy, Character Education, Positive Behavior Support, Peer Mediation, Volunteer Management and various other topics within the child care field. In addition to training R’Club staff, Elaine has trained at the Florida After School Alliance State Conferences and for Pinellas County Safe and Drug Free Schools. Elaine has an Associates in Art degree.

Charles Street has a BA in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice and has been employed with R’Club Child Care since October 2005. Charles is involved in training throughout the community and has presented workshops on working with foster care children in after school programs at the Florida After School Alliance's state conference. Charles’ experience includes working as a Juvenile Probation Officer, teaching youth at a drop-out prevention school in Cleveland, Ohio, and working extensively with foster children as they transition out of the foster care system. |
